Being a resident of the Indianapolis area for the past 32 years has provided the extensive knowledge of the area to help Derek quickly become one of the local real estate leaders, ranking The Gutting Group in the top 1% of all Indianapolis area agents. Derek worked as a stockbroker for six years and founded and sold three companies prior to his career in real estate. His passion for the real estate business is obvious as he has expanded his services to include: real estate investing services, relocation services, guaranteed buyout programs, guarantee lease programs and new construction consultation. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Florida! Derek's true passion is spending time with his family, raising his two boys, coaching soccer and baseball games, playing golf, traveling, going to auctions and investing.
