  • Show Your Home Like A Model (fresh paint, new carpet, update light fixtures, faucets, thorough cleaning of entire home, fertilize lawn, remove weeds, fresh mulch, etc)
  • Have An Aggressive Marketing Strategy (Interview agents and completely understand what they are going to do market home and where they came up with initial list price)
