SHOWING TIPS for SELLERS

1)  Lighten Up:  Leave the shades up and the drapes opened.  Homes show so much better with light.

2)  Sellers Should Size Up Their Competition:  Walk through the model homes in your area to see what professionally staged homes look like, then go out and get it done to your house if you want to compete in this market.

3)  Define The Space:  Creatively define each scpae to highlight its use.  Create a mudroom that is neat, a home office workspace, or an after school room with chalk boards and desks.

4)  Curb Appeal:  Clear all little branches, rake the leaves, and trim the bushes.  Install fresh mulch. Every landscape detail proves that you care and this translates to buyer appeal. 

5)  Give it a Power Wash:  You would be suprised how much better a house looks after a good bath - especially the garage doors and covered porch entry areas.
