Indianapolis Star, July 16, 2007:  Indiana has the nations lowest average mortgage fees, based on a recent survey of lenders by a web site that keeps rate information.  Hoosiers might pay an average of $2,339, which is $1,491 less than a typical New Yorker would pa, reports Bankrate.com.
