INTEREST RATE INFO....

Bad News... Interest Rates ticked up about 1/2 % last week due to inflationary fears. 

Good News... The 30 year fixed rate is appx in the mid 5's.. keep in mind, interest rates are changing hourly, this is a very strange market.   This is still at historically lows.. and my opinion is they are not going up anytime within the next 2 to 3 months.

If you are considering buying, my advice is to meet with a lender, fill out application, get credit pulled, provide documentation and get a solid preapproval.   Tell your lender when it hits a certain level ( I would suggest 5%), then lock it in.
