Well gang.. I am not 100% convinced the market is turning around.. however, this spring season doesn't appear it will be as bad as the news is telling us (at least in Indianapolis).

Just this past weekend (March 7 and 8th), The Gutting Group worked with 2 buyers and wrote two offers.. both of which received multiple offers.  One buyer paid full price to get the home, the other one lost out in the bidding war.   And we are in a buyers market?  Uuggghh!

Note the price range of these properties were $160k and $230k.  This market appears to be still strong, as long as you are priced competitively and show like a model.  Over $300k market is a bit slower.. however, price and condition will get your home sold!
