Noblesville real estate market is hopping. 

I have been running through Lochaven over the past 3 years, both the custom section and the Beazer Homes section.  2 to 3 times per week, I run through this community to see very little activity, FOR SALE signs with no SOLD signs, no new construction, nothing.. for the past 2 YEARS.

Today is March 19, 2010 and as I ran through Lochaven this morning, activity is buzzing.  First of all, I have a PENDING listing in Lochaven scheduled to close in April, listed at $575,000.  YEAH!  Across the street, Clymer Builders is under construction on a gorgeous home.  Their is a lot in the south entrance to Lochaven with a basement being dug  .. aahhh, love to see those mounds of dirt.  In the Beazer section, there are 6 houses under construction.  I am not sure if they already have buyers or if they are spec homes, but nonetheless, there is either buyer activity or the builder has confidence in this market, both great news!

This community has had ZERO activity over the past 2 years... This recent activity is very encouraging.  I look forward to the spring, the real estate activity and the many more mounds of dirt that are sure to be popping up.
