Hurry.. if you are planning to appeal your Marion County Property Tax assessment, the deadline to appeal for the most recent assesment is July 30, 2009.  The appeal must be received by the county assessor or postmarked by the 30th. 

Taxpayers must file an appeal no later than 45 days after receiving notice of the change in assessment.
