The Gutting Group has received another offer, this time FULL PRICE.  Another agent in our office today received multiple offers on ONE of his listings. 

From my point of view, the Indianapolis real estate market has really heated up the past 2 weeks.  Warm weather, low interest rates and a $8,000 first time home buyer incentive may be helping this turnaround.
