RYAN HOMES is moving into the Indianapolis market and taking over what CP Morgan left behind.  The Indianapolis Star reported on Oct 9, 2009 that Ryan is taking over 800 CP Morgan lots in Franklin, Noblesville, Greenwood and Brownsburg.   A spokesman with Ryan Homes said the business has entered 10 Indy area subdivisions.

I personally do not know much about Ryan Homes, however, I consider this to be GREAT news.  First of all, Ryan Homes was founded in 1948, has more than 4,000 employees and has an annual revenue of over $3 Billion dollars.  I would assume they did some sort of market research and felt that Indianapolis was a market that is worthy enough to 'take down' 800 lots.  Secondly, this is terrific news for the existing homeowners in these communities, some of which are waiting for their amenities such as pool and playground, but have had to wait until the communities are further along with development.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Ryan Homes for entering into the Indianapolis real estate market.  As an agent, I am excited to see their product and their future success.

Ryan Homes, Welcome to Indianapolis!
