EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Monday thru Friday. 40 hour work week.
Job Responsibility: Ensuring a smooth closing process for our clients by processing and coordinating the real estate transactions from accepted offer until the closing table, including communicating with all agents involved, title companies, inspection companies, contractors, home warranty companies, lenders, etc
Also, this candidate would have the potential to be the lead executive assistant (Operations Manager) of this highly productive team which responsibilities include organizing team meetings, keeping calendars, managing all of the systems/spreadsheets including the Profit & loss statement and tracking and reporting all numbers to the team and the Team Leader (CEO).
Candidate needs to be HIGHLY organized, be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to prioritize. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer knowledge. Quick learner. Systematized and structured. Team player. No drama.

Job Responsibility: Working exclusively with Sellers. This candidate will perform listing consultations, securing listings, negotiate offers and inspections, attend closings and lead follow up and nurture as necessary.
Candidate needs to be: driven, highly competitive, team player, have a strong work ethic, high integrity and morals, education based and have a flexible schedule (never a dull moment and never the same day twice in this business).
PREFER TO HAVE A CURRENT INDIANA REAL ESTATE LICENSE or WILL BE OBTAINING VERY VERY SOON.
100% COMMISSION Compensation. Salespersons in this position on the team earn between 80k to 140k.
